  • To guarantee accuracy, we have to send invoices manually. We try to get on top of this even out of business hours.

    But worst case scenario expect it the next business hour!

    • Recipient Email: Please send your e-transfer to isaakmish@gmail.com

    • Payment Amount: Enter the total amount shown on your invoice or quoted price.

    • Memo/Reference: Include your full name and service address (or invoice number, if available).

    • Security Question/Answer (if required): Set a simple security question (e.g., “Company Name?”) and use “YardX” as the answer.

  • We use Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor, to handle credit card transactions. Here’s how it works:

    1. Enter Your Payment Details:

      • At checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit or debit card details.

      • We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    2. Secure Processing:

      • Your payment is processed securely through Stripe’s encrypted system.

      • We do not store or have access to your card details—everything is handled by Stripe.

    3. Instant Confirmation:

      • Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation via email.

    4. Refunds & Security:

      • If you ever need a refund, we can process it directly through Stripe.

      • Stripe is PCI-compliant, meaning it follows the highest security standards to protect your payment information.

  • Yes! We want you to be satisfied with our services.

    • Lawn Mowing Services:

      • If you’re not happy after the first mow, we offer a full refund.

      • After that, refunds are available minus the deposit.

    • Other Services:

      • Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and circumstances.

      • Contact us if you have any concerns, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

    📌 Note: Refunds for credit card payments will be processed back to the same card, while cheque refunds will be issued by cheque. If you paid via e-transfer, we will transfer the refunded amount to a preferred email address.
